BIS guidance on new consumer rights

The Department for Business, Innovation & Skills have published guidance on the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014. The Regulations provide consumers with new private law remedies against traders who use misleading or aggressive practices in contravention of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. The guidance can be viewed here.
