GSL Episode 49: Consumer Credit Legislation – where are we?

This episode of Gough Square Live looks at where we are in consumer credit legislation. Over a number of years consumer credit has understandably been focussed on PPI and now motor finance. Nevertheless,  there will inevitably be changes to the legislation not least because of Government commitment to review the issue but, in particular, the divergence (which is now underway) from the EU legislation which was once the main foundation of much of our statutory law.
