In a recent features article for the June 2026 edition of the Journal of International Banking and Financial Law published by LexisNexis / Butterworths, Harry Hatwell examines the significant Supreme Court ruling in Zedra v THG. He makes the case that the ruling is less straightforward than it appears at first glance and that there remain strong arguments to be made in favour of statutory limitation periods applying to unfair relationship claims, despite the Supreme Court’s dicta to the contrary.
