An overview:
For several decades, timeshare arrangements in Spain have been a major issue in UK law. Over time, timeshare owners have sought to dissolve their contracts, with many turning to Spanish legal proceedings as a means of doing so. However, a recent decision by the European Court has significantly reduced this option for such owners.
