Alison Lambert was instructed to represent the Food Standards Agency at the Inquest into the death of Hannah Jacobs. Hannah, aged 13, consumed a hot chocolate drink purchased from Costa Coffee which contained cow’s milk to which she was highly allergic. She died following an anaphylactic reaction.
