Richard Roberts
Richard is a leading junior in consumer and regulatory work with extensive litigation experience in the higher courts. He recently acted as junior counsel (led by Jonathan Kirk KC) for the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) in Johnson (Respondent) & Ors. v FirstRand Bank & ors UKSC/2024/0158, and advised the NFDA in relation to the FCA’s consultation on motor finance redress.

Jack Brady
Jack practises across both civil and criminal jurisdictions in all of Chambers’ core areas of specialism. Examples of his recent work include appearing (alongside Jonathan Kirk KC, Richard Roberts and Lee Finch) in the Supreme Court in the Johnson, Wrench, and Hopcraft motor finance appeals for an intervener, bringing and defending claims for judicial review, and prosecuting a range of regulatory offences.
