Gough Square Chambers is hosting a conference on the consumer law aspects of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

The event will run 1.30pm to 5.30pm on 28 November 2024 at Arundel House, 6 Temple Place, London WC2R 2PG. This will be followed by a drinks’ reception (5.30pm to 8pm).

The headline themes will be the CMA’s new consumer enforcement model, key changes to the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and hot topics in consumer law, such as collective actions, green claims and subscription traps.
