Sabrina Goodchild – With the proposed scheme due to extend to agreements taken out by consumers between 6 April 2007 and 1 November 2024, Sabrina will discuss the FCA’s proposals on limitation.
Stephen Neville – Stephen will analyse the FCA’s three proposed indicators of unfairness, with a focus on tied arrangements.
